Responsibilities Include
- Providing high-acuity patient care in a 24-bed ICU setting
- Managing complex diagnoses such as organ failure, autoimmune, pulmonary, oncology, and critically ill postpartum patients
- Administering mechanical ventilation, ECMO, cardiac support, dialysis, and IV titration
- Participating in self-scheduling with 12-hour shifts on day/night rotations or straight nights
- At least 6 months of recent ICU RN experience; 1 year preferred
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- Active RN license and basic CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills in critical care
- Ability to work independently within a team
- Commitment to patient safety and quality care
