- Utilizing the nursing process to plan and provide direct resident care.
- Leading shift routines and supervising personnel according to the Nurse Practice Act.
- Assuming “Building Charge” duties as directed.
- Providing leadership within the assigned unit.
- Documenting, assessing, and charting resident information.
- Participating in facility committees and interdisciplinary meetings.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse licensure.
- CPR certification.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
- Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and deliver quality resident care.
