Role: Coordinates departmental functions within a clinic unit, overseeing scheduling, staff training, and patient care standards.
Responsibilities: Acts as liaison to internal and external customers, develops and implements compliance plans, supervises and delegates patient care to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and manages daily staffing and operational activities. Ensures staff orientation, competency completion, and monitors customer service performance. Provides direct patient care, evaluates care effectiveness, and supports staff development.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a nursing degree, current RN license, and relevant clinical experience, including neonatal or specialty training. Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and specialty certifications are preferred. Must demonstrate effective communication, decision-making in high-stress situations, and ability to implement change and manage budgets. Management experience and additional certifications are advantageous.
