Responsibilities include: providing skilled therapy services based on physician orders, assessing patient needs, planning and adjusting care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
Qualifications: current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist, CPR certification, and a health certificate as per state regulations.
Key skills: experience in Geriatric, Neurological, Cardiovascular & Pulmonary, or Pediatric Physical Therapy preferred.
