Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for performing blood collections, specimen processing, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Duties

• Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary methods for all age groups
• Gather specimens for various tests such as drug screens and paternity tests
• Accurately enter patient data and process billing information
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen information
• Deliver superior patient service and perform administrative tasks as needed
• Travel to additional sites when required
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or relevant experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team, with reliability and flexibility
• Pass a color blindness test and have dependable transportation
• Willingness to work overtime and perform administrative duties
