Handle insurance documentation, scan registration and insurance cards, and assist with patient education and portal enrollment. Complete Medicare Secondary Payer questionnaires and maintain departmental records. Support training, perform general office duties, and adapt to additional assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous registration, medical terminology, and insurance knowledge preferred. Ability to communicate effectively, handle payments accurately, and understand insurance guidelines, including Medicare, CPT, and ICD10, is essential.
