- Conducting ongoing patient assessments and updating care plans based on condition changes.
- Providing clinical supervision to C N As and LPNs on a daily basis.
- Implementing departmental policies, goals, and procedures.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude towards patients.
- Collaborating effectively within an interdisciplinary team using strong communication and reasoning skills.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
- Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification, either obtained upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing certification maintenance.
- Ability to interpret and implement departmental policies.
- Excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and communication skills.
