Responsibilities: Conducts assessments, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care using evidence-based practices. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure individualized care and optimal outcomes. Coordinates documentation, promotes teamwork, supports performance improvement, and participates in research and protocol development. Serves as a preceptor or mentor to foster a qualified workforce and upholds safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a minimum of 5 years of RN patient care experience. Must hold active RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills are essential. Proficiency in technology and a commitment to professional development are also required.
Additional Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, with certifications completed upon hire. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies respectfully and decisively.
