We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Primary Care for outpatient practice.

- Providing comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting.
- Managing patient diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
- Ensuring compliance with credentialing requirements such as TX Medical License, BLS, ACLS, and Board Certification.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) with relevant experience in primary care.
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient healthcare delivery.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Providing quality patient care on a full-time basis, with flexible PRN scheduling as needed.
- Maintaining accurate medical documentation and adhering to healthcare protocols.
- Full-time position with approximately 36 hours per week, working three days.
- No transportation requirements.
