Role: Responsible for company-wide nurse education, including nurse orientation, competency evaluations, annual skill assessments, infusion education, BLS certifications, and ongoing in-services.
Key Duties: Develops orientation and educational plans, conducts competency evaluations, ensures staff adherence to INS Standards, and provides education on new therapies, supplies, and equipment.
Qualifications: Active RN license, CRNI certification within 3 years, BLS Instructor certification, minimum 3 years of infusion or nurse educator experience, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, ability to handle pressure calmly, and strong organizational capabilities.
