Key Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations to assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer therapy interventions using appropriate techniques and protocols.
- Communicate care and discharge plans effectively to relevant parties.
- Ensure accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
- Supervise assigned therapy assistants and perform additional job duties as required.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent; licensure in the state of practice is required.
- CPR or BLS certification; BLS certification from an approved vendor is mandatory.
- Preferred: Two years of relevant physical therapy experience.
