- Performing patient callbacks and attending staff training and meetings
- Supporting other assigned duties as needed
- Degree from an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Active LPN license
- Strong critical thinking and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and stand for long periods
