- Collaborating with the treatment team and ensuring regulatory compliance
- A.A.S. Degree or High School with Trade Certificate
- Valid NYS LPN license and registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid NYS Driver's License and ability to attain SCIP-R and CPR certification
