- Monitors patient arrival, assists during exams, and manages patient preparation and communication.
- Ensures exam rooms are clean, sterilized, stocked, and ready for patients.
- Documents medical information accurately in electronic records.
- Maintains inventory of supplies, orders materials, and assists with cost control.
- Answers phones, triages inquiries, and supports administrative tasks like referrals and record management.
- Provides in-office patient services such as taking histories, vital signs, specimen collection, administering vaccines/medications, and patient education.
- High School Diploma required.
- At least 2 years of related clinical experience; new grads may be considered.
- Must hold NYS Registered LPN License, BLS certification, and Infection Control Certificate.
- Articulate with a professional demeanor.
