- Attend Resident Care conferences and maintain accurate, relevant Resident Care Plans.
- Prepare, administer, and document medications per physician orders, including ordering and replacing expired medications.
- Document patient care issues and report as needed.
- Recognize signs and symptoms, using proper judgment for treatment or procedures.
- Supervise and direct ancillary personnel.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
- Preferred: 1-year experience in long-term care and staff supervision.
- IV Certification and computer skills preferred.
- Excellent customer service, ability to read, write, and speak English.
