Position: CVOR Registered Nurse PRN
Role: Provide specialized perioperative care in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment, primarily performing open-heart and thoracic surgeries. Responsible for patient safety, surgical support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities: Ensure quality patient care before, during, and after surgeries; participate in on-call duties; contribute to continuous workflow improvements; and uphold safety standards.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of CVOR nursing experience, current RN licensure, BLS and ACLS certifications, associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred), and optional national certification. Self-scheduling and teamwork are essential.
Skills: Strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, adaptability, and commitment to patient safety and collaboration. Experience with open-heart procedures and familiarity with surgical equipment is preferred.
