Key Responsibilities
- Developing and co-facilitating live and asynchronous training sessions for educators and school staff
- Creating supporting resources and materials for training programs
- Collaborating with team members and engaging in ongoing coaching and professional growth
- Potentially consulting with schools and districts on professional learning initiatives
- Master’s degree in social work and LICSW licensure in MA
- Several years of social work experience in school-based behavioral health, with preference for experience in diverse urban settings
- Proven ability to design and facilitate trainings for K–12 audiences with a focus on social justice and equity
- Strong communication, facilitation, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Interest in developing training in various formats, including online and in-person
