As a Charge RN, you will oversee shift management, monitor care quality, and serve as a liaison to the Nurse Manager and House Supervisor. Your responsibilities include patient assessment, developing and updating care plans to meet diverse needs, delegating tasks to optimize outcomes, and providing clinical support to staff. You will mentor new associates and participate in performance reviews, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Qualifications include a 2-year degree and current Kansas RN licensure. Certification in BLS (within 14 days) and ACLS is required. Preferred candidates have a 4-year degree and experience in similar healthcare settings.
