Physician - Family Medicine with OB - Roselawn (St. Paul)

Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician w/OB to join our primary care practice at Fairview Roselawn Clinic. Roselawn is a conveniently located in a St. Paul neighborhood clinic on Sloan Place that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life. Join a welcoming, community-focused Family Medicine practice serving a diverse St. Paul population, including Karen, Hmong, immigrant and refugee families. Roselawn offers the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and generations of families while practicing broad-spectrum Family Medicine. Providers also benefit from the resources and specialty support of the M Health Fairview system, along with opportunities to participate in innovative community initiatives that address health equity and the unique needs of the patients we serve.

Practice Details:

• Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
• 12 provider primary care (including 4 FM w/OB) practice, including Advanced Practice Providers. 
• Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
• 31 patient contact hours per week.
• Low intensity call frequency 
• Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
• Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills,knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions withthe same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
