Fairview Health Services is seeking Physician Assistant to join the multi-specialty practice at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove to provide a full scope of outpatient Ob/Gyn care including assisting in surgeries.
Practice Details:
- Join a team of 8 physicians and 2 APRN’s
- Surgical cases and deliveries performed at Maple Grove Hospital. Surgeries are also performed at the CSC-Maple Grove site.
- Average of 16-20 patients per day in clinic
- Full time: 0.8 FTE
- Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and sub -specialty physicians
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Training Program
- BC through the NCCPA
- Licensed through the MN Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required)

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE).
