We are looking for an Environmental Services Supervisor to join our Senior living team in Roseville, MN! This role supervises preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Supervises and trains housekeeping staff. This environmental services/housekeeping leader schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time day shifts
- Weekends as needed for on call

Responsibilities:
- Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work orders
- Establishes and follows Preventative Maintenance Program using an electronic work management platform or CMMS
- Removes snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as needed
- Keeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractive
- Trains and provides ongoing support to staff
- Completes cleaning duties on the daily assignment sheet including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning toilets, sinks, etc
- Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response for the entire campus per rotating schedule
Required Qualification:
- Current Driver's License (in good standing)
- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 year previous experience
- Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree – Industrial energy or related field
- Special Boilers License
