The Digital Creative is a member of the in-house Creative Studio within the Brand Marketing team at Fairview. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to concept, develop and deliver integrated creative solutions across multiple channels––including digital media, video, social content, print/collateral, photography, signage, presentations and events. This role will work collaboratively with internal and external partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, insight-led multi-channel creative solutions that drive greater awareness, consideration and intent of Fairview as a health system and help to improve the overall healthcare experience for patients and employees.
You will be responsible for concepting, developing and producing engaging and impactful digital content that supports the health system's strategic brand and business goals, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and problem solver, with strong conceptual design skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for developing and producing, and executing creative across an array of mediums.
Reporting to the Director Integrated Creative, this role will serve as a day-to-day "go-to" for creative assignments that require the application of strategy, design, copy and multi-media executional skills with a systems-thinking mindset. - Concept, develop and produce integrated creative assets and campaign work across multiple channels––including digital media, video, social content, print/collateral, photography, signage, presentations and events.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Communications, Digital and Business units to bring creative solutions to life.
- Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling messaging that inspires, informs, and captivates audiences––with the goal of making Fairview the most human-centered health system.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively––with accountability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all creative work is consumer-centric, insight-led, and aligned with digital-first best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality; using project management tools/resources to track tasks and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Lead the use of new and emerging technology to aid in the development and production of an array of creative assets
- Present creative ideas and concepts to all levels of staff within the organization.
- Stay current with the latest design, industry, and technology trends, demonstrating practical application in projects.
- Advocate for best-in-class creative standards, maintaining brand consistency and ensuring impactful storytelling.
- Partner with other members of the Creative Studio in the production, execution and ongoing management of content/assets––proactively optimizing the creative based on feedback and/or KPI metrics
- Ensure produced work aligns with marketing and business objectives, collaborating with Marketing, Communications, IT/Digital, Operations, and healthcare service lines.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Integrated, multi-channel creative with focus on brand development and consumer marketing.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools. Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (Asana), Asset Management Tools; Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, UX principles, and multimedia design.
- Experience designing for print production, digital campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Ability to translate strategic marketing goals into visually compelling creative solutions.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for healthcare.
- A team-player with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization––including cross-functional teams
- Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for design, detail, and storytelling;
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation for both online and offline channels.
- Proficiency in animation, video production and editing software is a plus.
- Experience leading the use of new and emerging technology to aid in the development and production of an array of creative assets
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Integrated, multi-channel creative with focus on brand development and consumer marketing; preferably within healthcare, wellness, or regulated industries.
- Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations (HIPAA compliance, patient-sensitive content).

Compensation Disclaimer
The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
