We are seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. If you’re passionate about senior care and looking for a place to grow, we want to hear from you!

LPN Shifts available: All Shifts through out the week and weekend -Days, Evening and Nights. Must have availability for a rotating weekend schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing nursing assessments of residents
• Supervise and guide daily resident care
• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Complete accurate documentation in a timely manner
• Delegate appropriate tasks to team members
• Communicate treatment effectiveness and health status changes
• Educate residents and families as needed
• Support household operations and teamwork
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Nurse Manager or leadership team
  
  
  

Requirements

• Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License at time of hire
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  
  
  

Qualifications

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Flexibility to meet household and resident needs
• Availability for rotating weekends and holidays
• Computer literacy and strong documentation skills
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to perform essential job functions (reasonable accommodations considered)
