7:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Compensation:
$17.20 – $18.60/hour
- $1.25/hour weekend differential

What You’ll Do
As an RCA, you’ll provide support to residents and assist our nursing team with day-to-day care. Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with personal care (such as eating, grooming, and mobility)
Preparing and serving meals and snacks, tracking consumption
Helping with light housekeeping and keeping resident spaces tidy
Offering companionship through conversation and small group activities
Supporting resident safety by monitoring fall risks and responding quickly
Transporting residents to activities, chapel, or in-house appointments
Ensuring residents feel cared for, valued, and respected

Physical Requirements of a Resident Care Assistant (RCA)
This role involves standing, walking, bending, and pushing/pulling wheelchairs or carts. You should be able to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 20 lbs occasionally, and remain calm and professional under pressure while communicating clearly.
