Position Details
- Full Time – 40 hours/week
- Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (day shift)
- Includes occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities
- $27.55 – $29.80/hour
What You’ll Do
- Maintain the buildings, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, functional, and well-kept environment
- Identify and address maintenance, safety, and repair needs across campus
- Assist with repairs, installations, and general upkeep (including plumbing, electrical, and building systems)
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls as needed
- Support preventative maintenance efforts and maintain accurate records
- Assist with seasonal work, snow removal, grounds upkeep, and sanitation responsibilities
- Help ensure water systems, equipment, and utilities are operating properly
- At least one (1) year of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair work, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently while supporting a team
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Valid driver’s license
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to serve others
