We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our pipe yard team. Responsibilities
- Operate loaders, including front loader
- Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently at industrial location
- Assist with the movement of materials
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and operational standards are maintained
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and report any issues promptly
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on site
- Support other activities as needed, including site preparation and cleanup
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders
- Construction site experience is highly desirable
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy loads safely
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is a plus
