1st Shift (7AM - 730PM)
Includes holiday and weekend rotation.
An RN/LPN will focus on monitoring health status of resident care plans throughout the Care Center. Assisting our Rehab, Assisted Living, Special Care, and the Long-Term Care neighborhoods. Candidate will assist and lead STNA staff. Ideal candidate should have good assessment skills, the ability to work effectively in a changing environment, be a team player, possess a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.

Qualifications:Qualifications and/or Skills Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program;
- Current LPN nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board;
- Minimum of one (1) year Long Term Care experience, preferred;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, and honor Resident’s Rights;
- Must be able to communicate effectively with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public;
- Must have excellent attendance and work history;
