Assisted Living Clinical Manager, Nurse
Full Time
1st Shift (7AM - 3:30PM) Monday through Friday
On Call Rotation
The AL Clinical Manager provides direct nursing care to assisted living residents; provide oversight of nursing team members assigned to AL program; ensure compliance, coordinate care and services for assisted living residents working collaboratively with the Director of Assisted Living and all Fairlawn departments.

Qualifications:Qualifications and/or Skills Required:
Active Ohio LPN or RN license
High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred;
Must have a wide knowledge of experience working with older adults;
5 years LTC;
Previous Assisted Living experience;
1 year of management or nursing leadership experience, preferred;
