Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Supervisor at Fairfield by Marriott in Fort Worth, TX. The Front Desk Supervisor will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing guest inquiries efficiently. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing guest requests, coordinating with other departments including housekeeping, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Skills
- Proven ability in Customer Service and handling Reservations professionally
- Effective Communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to remain organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel management software or reservation systems is a plus
- Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or hospitality certifications are advantageous
