Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and maintenance to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Supervise and motivate hospitality teams across departments, promoting teamwork, high performance, and professional development.
• Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling costs.
• Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to optimize booking processes and guest data management.
• Maintain hotel guest service standards by ensuring staff deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Implement hotel policies aligned with industry best practices; uphold property management system (PMS) standards; manage night audit procedures; oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to guest relations, property maintenance, safety protocols, and overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and hotel guest service standards at all times.

Experience

• Proven managerial experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort settings.
• Demonstrated success supervising hospitality teams across multiple departments with strong leadership skills.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel management operations including revenue management, budgeting, financial operations, human resources, and customer service excellence.
• Experience working with property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests and staff.
• Strong understanding of hotel guest services standards, guest relations strategies, and hospitality best practices.
• Prior experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics within a hospitality environment is essential.
• Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced setting.
