Hotel Facilities Maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Perform routine pool maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance repairs in guest rooms.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Install / replace parts as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external guests and employees.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of prior facility maintenance experience with multiple rooms.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and ability to perform minor electrical repairs.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with logic controllers is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Leadership qualities and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
