Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications through various systems.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available.
- Maintain communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Assist in managing phone systems and responding to calls in a timely manner.
- Uphold hotel standards of cleanliness and professionalism in all guest interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest relations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing guest interactions.
- Proficient in using phone systems and reservation software.
- A background in hospitality management is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
