We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.
- Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed to provide guests with fresh supplies.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the hotel.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in the organization of housekeeping supplies and equipment for efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
- Uphold the hotel's commitment to exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests.
Skills
- Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in floor care techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
