Breakfast Lead Supervisor.
Lead the breakfast team associates in providing exceptional product and service.
Maintain food and supplies inventory, weekly ordering needs. Comply with fairfield by marriott brand standards for breakfast program needs. Maintain weekly rotation of breakfast items. Conduct daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Lead the breakfast team in providing an exceptional breakfast experience.
Daily breakfast set up needs, hot items, breads, fruit, miscellaneous healthy options, provide exceptional customer service and product ,maintain cleanliness and documentation need, keep inventory and closely monitor purchasing needs. Must be available weekends and holidays. Day Light Hours;
Monday through Friday 5:30am-11:30am; Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-12:00pm, no phone calls please.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
