Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast items according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing exceptional customer service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Restock food items as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
- Assist with bussing tables and cleaning up after guests.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience or food service background is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or guest services is advantageous.
