Duties

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone and in person, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or transferring calls as needed.
- Perform night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting routine inspections of the property, and ensuring guest safety during overnight hours.
- Assist with guest requests, complaints, or special needs to ensure a positive stay experience.
- Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to guest services and operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; hospitality experience is a plus.
