Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process

- Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person using professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and reconciling daily transactions
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of hospitality management
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and conducting routine property inspections during overnight shifts
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, updating guest records, and preparing nightly reports to ensure seamless hotel operations
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred
- Strong background in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence
