Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in phone systems and effective phone etiquette is essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with our diverse clientele.
