What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at Fairfield Inn & Suites Rolla?
Responsibilities:
- MUST BE 21
- This is a part time position only for 11PM-7AM
- Check-in and check-out guests as required. Provide great customer service to all guests.
- Keep detailed records of cash and other items received, run night audit, and prepare reports.
- Accept and verify charges for hotel services, such as telephone calls.
- Answer questions from hotel guests; provide information about restaurants, entertainment, local events etc.
- Redirect guests to appropriate personnel.
- Nightly cleaning
- Restock supplies at the front desk.
- You are expected to be on time, be dependable, dress professionally, show initiative, and have a positive attitude.
- Night Audit hours are from 11pm to 7am
- MUST BE DEPENDABLE
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
