Fairfield Inn and Suites has a great opportunity at the newest hotel in the state. Our new Fairfield Inn and Suites is looking to fill over 15 new position with the right professional candidates. These positions have the overall responsibility to provide the highest level of professionalism, while delivering excellent customer service.

- Promote staff engagement and team work to provide optimum service so that guest needs are met in the Rooms and Breakfast operations.
- Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.
- Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
- Inspect public areas, restrooms, fitness center, pool area, offices and service areas after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate additions or changes to the assignment sheets to Housekeeping as they arise throughout the shift.
- Maintain communication with Front Desk staff in reference to VIP guests in house, guest requests, incentive programs, etc.
- Review shift logs/daily memo books
- Conduct daily meetings with all Housekeeping staff.
- Maintain a good attendance record.
- Coordinate with management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees; and serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Open-Door Policy process.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Complete safety training and certifications per Marriott and Management Company requirements and ensure all housekeeping staff are properly trained on all safety protocol and Marriott requirements.
- Ensure yours and that of all housekeeping staff have a uniform and personal appearance that are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
