Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests

· Assist Housekeeping management in daily hotel activities

· Perform thorough cleaning duties in guest areas and the back of the house when needed

· Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk

· Communicate issues to next shift

· Complete required paperwork

· Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests

· Maintain and uphold housekeeping departmental standards

· Manage inventory of supplies

· Report maintenance issues promptly

· Follow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation guidelines

· Collaborate with other departments as necessary to provide optimal service to guests

· Assist in laundry and breakfast departments

· Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

· Some previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

· Highly responsible & reliable

· Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

· Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces

· Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

· Must be available to work weekends
