What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant (part-time) position at Fairfield Inn & Suites Johnson City?
Hello! We are seeking a breakfast attendant for our Fairfield Johnson City managed by Gibson Hotel Management.
What The Job Looks Like:
As a breakfast attendant at Fairfield Johnson City, you'll interact with guests on a daily basis while delivering southern hospitality in the Marriott fashion. Your job will include but is not limited to:
- Preparing the breakfast in accordance with Marriott standard utilizing an industrial microwave
- Maintain a ServSafe ceritification (training provided by hotel)
- Maintain food health and safety standards in accordance with both Marriott standard and TN state law
- Clean and maintain the organization of the kitchen along with the breakfast and seating areas in the lobby
- Record monthly inventory of food and beverage products on site
- Assist with preparing food orders 1-2 times per week
- Report directly to the assistant general manager or front office manager
- Report to the general manager
- Other duties as assigned

What the Job Takes:

- Experience in hotel breakfast (Marriott/Hilton/IHG experience preferred)

Pay and Working Hours:
The starting wage for this position is $13.00/hr.
We are a 24/7, 365 days a year operation so we ask for open availability. We are happy to work with scheduling demands outside of work so long as they fit in with our scheduling needs.
