Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring they are fully stocked, clean, and inviting for guests
- Assist guests with food selections, dietary preferences, and special requests to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices
- Replenish supplies, manage food handling procedures, and monitor buffet areas to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Support catering events or banquet setups as needed, providing excellent customer service in fast-paced settings
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a welcoming atmosphere and ensure efficient service delivery
Experience
- Prior experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable, especially with breakfast or buffet service
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential
- Barista experience or hospitality background will be considered an asset
- Previous restaurant or food service experience that showcases your ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Dietary aide or catering experience can enhance your suitability for this role
