Position Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms to Marriott brand standards, ensuring every guest enjoys a fresh and comfortable stay. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and enjoys working independently in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and reset guest rooms according to brand and hotel standards
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
- Clean bathrooms, restock amenities, and sanitize high‑touch areas
- Vacuum, dust, and maintain overall room cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and company guidelines
- Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as needed
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
