Overview
Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for an organized, service-driven and confident Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at our luxury urban resort opening February 2024. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, team player with a passion for creating luxurious experiences for guests throughout their stay at Hotel Bardo Savannah.
Responsibilities
- Create a relaxing stay for guests by maintaining guest room cleanliness to hotel standards
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and restock guest room amenities
- Assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with other team members to ensure guests’ requests are being met
- Handle challenges with poise and positivity
- Maintain organization within the housekeeping department
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with exceptional cleanliness and organizational standards
- Able to positively and effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Conducts work in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Excellent presentation and grooming standards
- Able to withstand various forms of physical activity throughout the day
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
