What You'll Do

As a Room Attendant, you'll ensure guest rooms and hotel public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping carts with linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies
• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including:
• Making beds
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Dusting and sanitizing surfaces
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Removing trash and soiled linens
• Replace towels, linens, and guest supplies as needed
• Clean assigned public areas, restrooms, offices, and meeting spaces
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damaged items, or missing property
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Follow lost-and-found procedures and documentation requirements
• Attend daily team meetings and review room assignments
• Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed
• Complete daily room assignments efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and Marriott brand standards
• Perform other duties as needed to support hotel operations

Housekeeping experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Experience & Education

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• No specific education requirements
• On-the-job training provided
