Job Purpose
The Beautiful Fairfield Inn & Suites is seeking dedicated Banquet Servers. The purpose of a Banquet Server is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation through the preparation of meeting rooms and banquet functions. Essential Job Functions
- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and addressing requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service

Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Previous experience in banquet service preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays and Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
