Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
• Execute detailed residential or commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Manage laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality and appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow safety protocols related to sanitation and cleaning procedures to promote a safe environment for all.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and reporting maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, sanitation standards, and laundry processes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending frequently.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping practices or housekeeper management is a plus.
• Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and methods is desirable.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
