DAY-TO-DAY
This entry-level position is on call for the 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm shift. If another associate can't come in for their scheduled shift, you cover and report to work within 3 hours of being notified.
As an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist, you cover if a member of the team is unable to work their scheduled shift. When you do come in, you're the face of the hotel! You man the front desk and greet each guest enthusiastically. Using your terrific communication skills, you speak with guests over the phone to make or adjust reservations. Always meticulous, you run reports to make sure that all billing is accurate. You love meeting new people and helping them have the best experience possible! Being able to do this on the side and earning a little extra cash is just the icing on the cake!
