Join our vibrant team as a Weekend Housekeeping and Breakfast Associate, dedicated to creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. You will be responsible for tidying guest rooms, common areas, and preparing a delightful breakfast experience on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with health and safety guidelines, creating a positive start to our guests’ day.
- Manage laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and breakfast ingredients; notify management when restocking is needed.
- Follow established procedures for safety, sanitation, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special event setups or additional cleaning tasks as needed to support overall operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial work, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards and hospitality practices.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of service.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity.
